Joining The Co-ordinators List

This lists people who are actively seeking work as a co-ordinator. It is only available to PMA members and is not open to the public.

To be eligible for inclusion on the site, co-ordinators need:

  • to have worked for at least 2 Production Managers who are willing to vouch for them, one of whom must be a member of the PMA
  • to have a minimum of 4 broadcast credits.

The genres they have worked in will be listed on their profile but individual credits will not.

Listed Co-ordinators can easily update their contact details and availability.

Production Co-ordinators accepted on the list benefit from access to free training, dedicated noticeboard, the PMA's useful bi-montly magazine and invitations to PMA social events.

The annual administration fee is £55. Non-payment within 4 weeks of the due date will mean automatic removal from the system.

Apply to join the co-ordinators list

The PMA retains the right to remove any co-ordinator from the list at its own discretion if it transpires that the criteria have not been met, or if it is found that anyone on the list is no longer accepting work as a co-ordinator.  They may not promote themselves as production managers through the PMA site nor link to any other sites or social media.

We recommend that production managers take up references and check co-ordinators’ CVs before employing them.

Our Sponsors

The PMA is sponsored by a variety of companies in the film and television industry. We have a long-standing relationship with many of them dating back to the PMA’s inception in 1991.

PMA members benefit from the information and services that our sponsors can provide, while sponsors gain access to the upper echelon of Production Managers in the UK who are major purchasers for the industry.

Become a sponsor

We only have one sponsor per area of business but occasionally opportunities to become a sponsor of the PMA do arise.

Sponsors get the chance to meet our members several times a year, host parties, explain their services and write for our magazine The Bottom Line.
