Budgeting, scheduling and overseeing all logistics for both the Summer and Celebrity versions of this iconic programme which grew from 63 x 1/2 hour daily programmes to 94 x 1 hour editing daily shows; weekly live eviction shows; daily live magazine shows (BBLB) and weekly live discuss shows (BBBM). Built a house, re-built a house, annually re-furbished a house, oversaw a team of over 300, introduced new technologies to improve workflow and renewed and refreshed each Series.

Endemol / Channel 4 & E4 A sad day when this finally ended though a couple of years later the format was re-invented, the hairdressing and beauty academy rebuilt three times in two separate locations for three successful series on BBC3 as Celebrity Scissorhands.
