Jakarta Street Brawl

1 x 30’ On streets in the centre of Jakarta, Indonesia hundreds of middle and high school students spray themselves with intimidating colours, arm themselves with makeshift but deadly weapons and gather at pre-arranged times to fight rival gangs from other schools. These brawls go on for hours and leave blood and bodies in the aftermath. The violence is extreme, but the motivations are muddy.
