SUE INNES
  PRODUCTION MANAGER
Sue Innes
Years Experience: 14 Years

About Me: I am a very experienced Production Manager. I have worked over a wide range of projects ranging from low budget programmes for BBC 4 to high end Arts specials for Channel 4. I have also worked on a few format reality shows and programmes with a lot of archive clearance. I have managed programmes shot all over the world and have many contacts. I am happy to manage quite a few projects simultaneously.
Other Skills: I can prepare budgets and negotiate contracts with broadcasters. I can set up cash flows, schedules and cost managers and then work creatively with the Producer and Director to keep the programme on budget. I stay very on top of my cost manager. I usually get on with my team very well and I try to keep things as calm as possible when it gets stressful. I have a good sense of humour and know that most things can be resolved by a supportive chat.

I have a lot of experience with working with presenters, drama reconstruction, archive clearance, fairdealing and health and safety issues - risk assessments are of vital importance. I have worked with children and am familiar with the procedure that needs to be followed. I am very comfortable with negotiating with agents over fees and contracts.

I love a challenge and am happy to work over a lot of projects simultaneously which is what I did at World of Wonder. My bases are in London and Brighton but I am happy to relocate for the right job and am happy to do full or part time work.
