Co-ordinators’ Directory

The Co-ordinators Directory is a list of people who are actively seeking work as a co-ordinator. It is available to PMA members and not open to the public.

To be eligible for inclusion on the site, co-ordinators need to have worked for at least two production managers, one of whom must be a member of the PMA, willing to vouch for them. They must have a minimum of 4 broadcast credits. The genres they have worked in will be listed but individual credits will not.

The annual administration fee is £30 (reduced to £15 if joining after December). The year runs from 1st August to 31st July. Non-payment within 4 weeks of the due date will mean automatic removal from the system.

Listed co-ordinators will be able to update their contact details and their availability.

The PMA retains the right to remove any co-ordinator from the list at its own discretion, if it transpires that the criteria have not been met, or if it is found that anyone on the list is no longer accepting work as a co-ordinator.

We recommend that production managers take up references and check co-ordinator’s CVs before employing them.

Acceptance on the list will bring with it, access to discounted training (at PMA members’ rates), plus invitations to occasional social events.
