which you can submit it by post to: There are 5 sections to complete, your proccess is saved after each step so you don't have to complete the whole application at once. Membership applications are considered at the monthly Executive Committee Meetings. List your most recent credits first on the application from as these details will be added to the PMA website. If you are successful you will receive your own password and details of how to update your entry with additional credits, skills information and a photograph. Your password will admit you to the members' only areas of the site. Your application will take about 4 weeks to process and membership will commence 1 month after submission. Once a member, renewal falls due in October of the coming year. Following acceptance, your payment will taken and your information will be added to the website. You may send a cheque with your application form if sent by post, which will only be presented after acceptance. |
